Returns, refunds and warranty

Changed your mind? 7 day cooling off

You may cancel an online order within 7 days of receiving it, for any reason. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging. You pay only the direct cost of sending it back, and we refund the rest within 30 days of receiving it.

Faulty products: 6 month warranty

If a product is defective or does not work as described within 6 months of delivery, you may choose a repair, a replacement or a refund. We cover the cost of collecting a faulty item.

Filter cartridges are consumables. A cartridge that slows down or stops after normal use has reached the end of its life and is not a defect. Damage from incorrect installation, unusual water pressure or misuse is also not covered.

Wrong or damaged item

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days with a photo and your order reference and we will put it right at our cost.

How to return something

Email info@nerofylabs.com with your order reference (it starts with NL-) and the reason. We will reply with return instructions within one working day.
