Privacy policy
Nerofy Labs (Pty) Ltd respects your privacy and processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
What we collect
When you order or contact us: your name, email address, cell number, delivery address or chosen locker, and what you ordered. We do not collect or see card details.
Why we use it
To process and deliver your order, send order and delivery updates, answer your questions, handle returns and warranty claims, and keep the records the law requires. We do not sell your information and we only send marketing if you ask for it.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the shop: PayFast (payments), PUDO and The Courier Guy (delivery), Netlify (website hosting) and Google (order records and email). Each is bound to protect your information.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for 5 years for tax purposes. Enquiries are deleted when no longer needed.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@nerofylabs.com. If you are unhappy with our response you may complain to the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.
Cookies
The site stores your cart in your browser so it is still there when you come back. We do not use advertising trackers.
